I use several hosting companies that provide the hosting, domain and
Wordpress Blog which works very much like CMS as well as many add-ons..

My recommendation is to buy your domain name separate from your hosting.
I recommend Godaddy or you can buy your domain name and hosting with Godaddy.
Godaddy also includes WordPress with their plans.
